Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit or full payment, depending on the nature of the trip.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and authorize us to act as your agent for travel arrangements.
The name(s) provided must match government-issued ID/passports.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and baggage issues.
It is your responsibility to understand what your policy covers.

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and entry permits.
We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

You must inform us of any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs in advance.
Some destinations may require vaccinations or health clearances; you are responsible for meeting all health requirements.

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics).

You agree to comply with local laws and customs during your travels.
You are responsible for checking travel advisories and staying informed about your destination.

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Availability is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or pricing discrepancies from suppliers.

By booking with Travel with Keda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

Change requests may incur advisor fees.
Refunds are subject to cancellation fees and will forfeit deposit.
Cancellations are not allowed within the 96 hours (4 days) before vacation. In some cases, cancellation fees may be 100% of the booking cost.
Refunds may not be available in the event of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
We will do our best to negotiate with suppliers on your behalf for credits, rebooking, or partial refunds.
Refunds (if approved by the supplier) typically take 2–8 weeks depending on the provider and payment method.
We will keep you updated on the process and notify you when funds or credits are returned.

Any service fees, consultation fees, or planning fees charged by Travel with Keda are non-refundable, even in the event of trip cancellation.
